Venice market

This is Venice's outdoor market as viewed from a water bus on the Grand Canal. We arrived at 4pm which was too late for the market (not the time the photo was taken). They had just closed and were cleaning up. Best to go in the morning. Having said that, it is very small compared to Florence's market. Is it worth it? If you have time, then yes, as there are great very good value restaurants in that area where you can have lunch.
